1. Free Returns (Right of Withdrawal) – 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item (the "right of withdrawal").

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the following applies:

  • Returns must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • We provide a return QR code for drop-off at a PostNord agent.

  • We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as upon delivery, without abnormal wear and tear, and with any accessories.

This section constitutes our standard right of withdrawal.

2. Test Period – 100 Days (Risk-Free everyday test)

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary test period of 100 days from the day you received the item.

If you are not satisfied during the test period, you can return the item and receive a full refund for the product's purchase price, under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be reported to us within 100 days of receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • The item must be returned in new condition (without damage, clear signs of use, or alterations) and with any accessories.

Please ensure that you follow the applicable return conditions and that you have all relevant information available, such as order number and contact details, in case of a return.

3. Refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, after the return has been received and checked according to the above conditions.
